Payment details:
Please pay for Jersey via shop (size charts under shop tab), before first session.
Once you submit this form you will be emailed a link to setup direct debit payment.
If you do not receive the email please contact us to follow up, please allow 5 business days for email to come through.

Registration is only complete once direct debit is setup and jersey is paid for, please do this before first session.
